As a retired Tradesman, (42 years) I know quality work when I see it. And I saw it right here. I had a Rheem furnace, AC and water heater installed by R&W. Clayton, Greg, Andy did an outstanding job with the installation. The workmanship was second to none. Answered all my questions, cleaned up when done, went over operating instructions thoroughly. Kent came out for the estimate, told me what I needed, worked up the cost. Done! Not like the other place that came out, with the high pressure Tech/Salesperson with endless add-ons $$. Felt like I was in the hot seat at a used car dealership. Kathy in the office will communicate about billing, getting you the invoice for your warranty paperwork and any other questions you may have. A proper install is 90% equipment longevity, You'll get that with R & W Heating & Cooling!

Excellent experience and customer service with this company. They came out on a Saturday when my home had no heat. They answered promptly when I called, were friendly and communicated well during scheduling and arrival. Jordan came out and diagnosed the problem. He was respectful, courteous, polite and he kept us informed about what the issue was and how he was going to repair it. We were up and running that same day. Highly recommend R and W, we will use them again for any of our HVAC needs!

Needed help and called them. The secretary was awesome and worked me in there schedule. Tech (Jason) showed up and explained to me in detail what he was doing and was a great tech. Thank all of you for the quick response and repair. Highly recommend!!!! Thanks again!

R&W Heating has exceeded my expectations of customer service! Not only did they call me back the very same day that I needed a new furnace, but scheduled me for the very next day. Got it taken care of, absolute great team from sales to the installers! Then today I opened up my mail and I had a thank you gift of a big 30 ounce Tumblr with their logo on it as well as some freshly baked cookies that were absolutely awesome and a thank you note. That’s how you do customer service !! I highly recommend them!
