R&W Heating has exceeded my expectations of customer service! Not only did they call me back the very same day that I needed a new furnace, but scheduled me for the very next day. Got it taken care of, absolute great team from sales to the installers! Then today I opened up my mail and I had a thank you gift of a big 30 ounce Tumblr with their logo on it as well as some freshly baked cookies that were absolutely awesome and a thank you note. That’s how you do customer service !! I highly recommend them!

Your company has been assisting us with our HVAC needs for years. However, we did have to get a new system this year, You all took great care of us. All of the employees that were here to get it fixed and install the new system are outstanding. I have told several people about how we were treated.
